B&H Photo Video accepts returns of items in new conditions, packaged in their original box with all accessories, manuals, and packing material included. Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date and may require a 15% restocking fee. B&H Photo Video does not cover shipping costs.
Does B&H Photo Video offer a warranty on its items?
The manufacturer or distributor warrants most new items purchased from B&H Photo Video — contact information for all manufacturers can be found on the B&H Photo Video website. B&H Photo Video warrants direct import items according to the manufacturer’s warranty for up to one year. Used equipment is covered by a 90-day warranty covering any faulty parts, and any claims for missing or damaged items must be reported to B&H Photo Video within two days.

B&H Shipping Policy
The manufacturer will ship items to you directly if the item is not available in the warehouse. You can expect these items to take about 7-10 business days to arrive at United States destinations. Any order fulfilled by the warehouse will arrive in 5-7 business days. If you make a purchase on a Saturday or Sunday, your order will be packed, but it will not ship until Monday
B&H Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to B&H within 30 days of the purchase date with a 15% restocking fee, subject to the conditions and exclusions. Returned items must be in a like-new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material. Same model or manufacturer’s equivalent may be exchanged or refunded for defective items.
Items that cannot be returned include:
- TVs and monitors 37″ and larger with original packaging opened.
- Computers and computer software with original packaging opened.
- Electronic software downloads.
- Any custom built or modified computers from B&H.
- Select special-order merchandise or any item indicated on the website as nonreturnable.
- Underwater equipment that has been submerged.
- Opened or unwrapped educational tapes and books.
