Fitbit has agreed to settle a class action lawsuit regarding presumed false advertising with the features of their Fitbit fitness trackers and smart watches. Fitbit claims the fitness trackers count steps, measure sleep and more.
If you own a Fitbit smart watch or fitness tracker you may be eligible to claim $12.50 in this class action settlement. The class action claims Fitbit devices do not accurately measure sleep. The class action is open to file claims through 12/22/19.
