A taking pictures in West Virginia left a Nicholas County deputy and one suspected gunman useless and another deputy injured Friday evening, in response to state police.
The injured Nicholas County deputy was transported to a hospital for medical remedy, Fox 11 reported. The deputy is believed to have been shot within the leg and is anticipated to get better.
A second suspected shooter is in custody, in response to West Virginia State Police.
The incident occurred Friday evening after police arrived at a cell house to serve a warrant. The suspected shooters started firing on the officers from inside one of many houses.
